Minimum Full HD resolution, Rec. 709 color profile (BT.709), stereo sound with high sample/bit rate, no burned-in subtitles, slates, or bars.

Bitrate Limit (Max 200 Mbps average):

1080p/2K: ProRes 422 recommended (~147 Mbps)
4K: Use compressed formats (H.264/H.265 High Profile)
Avoid: ProRes 4444 (any resolution), ProRes 422 HQ at 4K (exceeds 200 Mbps limit)

Subtitles (Optional)

Preferred formats: SRT or WebVTT. TTML is also acceptable.
